William (Bill) Traher created a varied body of work as a muralist, photographer, painter, engraver and illustrator. Traher worked at the Denver Museum of Nature and Science (formerly the Denver Museum of Natural History) as their Chief Background Artist for over two decades, where he created over 20,000 square feet of murals. He was active in Colorado, Wyoming and Arizona.
