DETAILS
Two antique colorless glass wine rinsers with half fluting and polished pontil. Note: an assembled set of similar rinsers. Price is for (2) rinsers.
A wine rinser or cooler was traditionally used to rinse or chill the diner's wine glass between formal dinner courses. The spout is designed to hold the stem of the glass with the wine glass inverted and placed next to the guest's place setting at the dining table. Today they also make attractive bowls or vases.
