An antique, shallow circular papier-mache dish with a serpentine border heightened in gilt around a central painted bouquet of wild flowers inlaid with mother-of-pearl, on a black ground, all beneath a gilt-metal, grape vine swing handle. This form is also referred to as a bread tray or card tray.
