Combining design elements of the 17th, early 18th centuries, this antique, Queen Anne single chair was fashioned with great attention to detail. The crest rail features shell and flowing ribbon motifs, supported by turned spindles that flank the upholstered back. The base features a beaded, scalloped apron, shell carving on the cabriole legs. trefid feet and decoratively turned stretchers. It is a nice, small size, but makes a strong visual impact.
