The Hare Indian hunting dog was native to Canada and originally thought to be a cross between a domestic dog and a coyote.
John James Audubon was an American naturalist, painter and ornithologist known for his field work studying birds and then painting them. Later his paintings made into hand-colored, life-size prints, made from engraved plates and were published into books. Many of the books have disassembled the the prints were framed as art.
