An antique, Victorian period landscape painting by Archibald Kay. It features Iffley Mill, on the River Thames in the village of Iffley in Oxfordshire; a scene Kay painted several times. This corn mill was destroyed by fire in 1908. Gilt framed. He studied in Scotland, and later at the famous Academie Julien in Paris. He was president of the Glasgow Art Club and a member of the Royal Scottish Watercolour Society, Royal Scottish Academy, and the Royal British Colonial Society of Artists.
