Here is an original Schermack 3¢ “Sanitary stamp” vending machine from the 1930's. The machine operates on a dime and dispenses three 3¢ stamps from a stamp coil. Joseph Schermack of Detroit is credited with producing the first practical stamp vending machine.   This Schermack model 25 is unique in that it has glass sides so all the mechanism is visible.

The machine has been cleaned and the paint restored to the original color. It comes complete with the original coin box and has a working lock with key.
Excellent condition. Size is 13” X 7” X 7”.
