This is an early French lock blade type knife made by Tarry Levigne. It is engraved with “Coupe du Rasoir” and “Lezard” with a little lizard. The knife has an interesting locking mechanism for the blade, you need to pull on the ring to unlock. The knife blade measures just under 6” and the total length of the open knife is 13”. I expect that it dates to the late 1800's to the early 1900's.
