This spectacular brooch was hand fabricated by William Wise & Son Jewelers of Brooklyn, New York some time around 1920. The craftsmanship in this piece is truly remarkable. The enamel and platinum frame contains four stylized flowers with single-cut diamond petals surrounding two carved jadeites and two emerald cabochons. The brooch features a platinum safety catch with a 14 karat gold pin stem.
The jadeite has been professionally tested as natural, untreated jade by Mason Kay Fine Jewelry. I will include the authenticity report with the purchase of this brooch.
