Yes, long - 3 1/2 inches - possibly made to wear across the collar of your white shirtwaist in the very early 20's. Would look great on a lapel too. Gilding on base metal leaves and frame show very little wear considering it is about 100 years old. Center blue stone (1/4 inch long) and matching smaller stones on each side are faceted but end stones are a lighter blue. C clasp works well - excellent antique condition.
