Quaint old perfume bottle has a metallic label saying Queen Perfume Co., Chicago. Neck of 6 1/2 inch bottle has a paper and metal label declaring Jockey Club and shows fences - for horses? Satin glass with ripples on front, plain back. Neck is lined with cork that is still good, and glass stopper, with the remains of the green tassel, fits very well. I found this perfume company listed in an old book for very early 1900's. I believe the Jockey Club label was probably for a party favor for the ladies at a ball - celebrating a race? Funny picture of bottom is an attempt to show numbers - looks like a 6 (oz?) and a sideways L. Unusual and in very good antique condition (except for the green string).
