Novelty compact has never been used. I believe it was a gift or party favor for the young girls' organization called The Rainbow Girls -somewhat like the Masonic Order's Job's Daughters. I think it was too early to be fundraising. Top is in excellent condition, with lots of colors and etched handshake below. The bottom shows a little wear and mirror inside has not done well but if you have a fond memory of those days, this is for you. Excellent vintage condition except for the mirror.
