Surely this pin is Czech though not marked. It is 3 inches of dangling blue faceted beads w silvery caps, a 1 inch center turned square stone and a background of little flowers with sparkly centers on a aged base metal. Back has C clasp that looks like it might be replacement and works well. Then there are the painted blue squiggles with only 1 showing a little wear. That is the only wear so it is still in excellent vintage condition.
