This is a set of eight English pearlware cups and saucers from the early 1800's. They are hand painted with a Sprig or French Sprig pattern. The cups are 4” in diameter at the top and 2-1/4” high. The saucers are 5-5/8” in diameter and 1-1/8” high on the side. One cup has a small hairline at the top edge as seen in the close-up photo. Beyond this the porcelain has typical original imperfections for this age and slight wear to some of the decoration. I am selling a matching teapot and a set of plates in separate listings.
