This a lovely set of circa 1900 hand painted porcelain cream soup bowls with underplates. The set was made by the Charles Ahrenfeldt Company in the Limoges region of France. Each piece has been hand painted with flowers and gold trim, and the cups are signed near the handle. I believe they are signed “Amton”, but you can judge for yourself in the close-up picture.
One cup has a chip on one handle. One saucer has hairline cracks. Both are shown in photos. Even with these issues they are still able to be used. The remaining pieces are in good condition with no additional chips or cracks.
