This is an original Art Deco lithograph that appeared as an supplement insert in a 1928 edition of the French periodical Eros. It is entitled “Un oeil noir te regarde", or "An enchanting eye is following you". It was illustrated and signed by a well-known artist of the period, Leo Fontan. Fontan was a recognized illustrator whose work appeared in popular magazines such as La Vie Parisienne and Le Sourire.
