Amber is fossilized tree resin that has been prized for its color and natural beauty since Neolithic times. Found mainly in ancient rocks from the age of the Dinosaurs, the most well known type is Baltic Amber. Along the southeast coast of the Baltic Sea, workers harvest Amber pieces from the beaches. Pieces of Amber torn from the seafloor are lighter than seawater so they float up to be cast onto the beaches. This gorgeous necklace is made up of naturally shaped mixed darker and medium amber colors and beautifully graduated in size without a clasp so it’s easy to wear and go.
