Additional Comments: Peridot is known as the Evening Emerald because their color is best in candlelight or incandescent light.
Peridots from Burma are famous for their rich green color and large size. Their color has a soft velvety look due to very fine inclusions within the gem—we see a similar effect in the famous cornflower blue Kashmir sapphires. We like the combination of the two green gems accented with the sparkle and fire of diamond.
