Vintage Charcoal Portrait on Paper c.1930s

A stern looking young man with a mustache. Charcoal on paper. No visible signature.

The portrait is circa 1930s and comes unframed. There is some tape residue from past framing as seen from the back.

The portrait measures 9" x 11". The paper measures 13.5 x 15.5". There is plenty of border for matting and framing.

This will look great in a contemporary frame.
