Magnificent Victorian sterling silver bangle of the Aesthetic Movement,
this bangle is unique in the aesthetic movement of the 1880s,
the design is based on the simplicity of naturalism
and found inspiration in the art and aesthetics of Japan,
known as Japonism.
With naturalistic themes, like here with flowers,
with rose gold flowers and yellow gold leaves.
Inspired, it is based on the Japanese technique Shakudo,
splendid and rare in breadth and elaboration.
