This sterling souvenir spoon for the 1903 Louisiana Purchase Exposition held in St. Louis, Missouri is in excellent condition with appropriate wear for an item of its age. The embossed bowl has the Festival Hall and Cascades. The handle has 1803 and 1903 with a starting with buffalo's leading to the more modern locomotive. The back has the M. Eisnestadt Jewelry hallmark and the Louisiana Purchase Exposition. This piece is 5 1/2" in length and weighs 20.4 grams of sterling silver.

I've always had an interest in souvenir spoons. Whether antique, vintage or more modern, souvenir spoons are fascinating with history, geography and the life an times of the people it depicts. I must say my knowledge of history and places has improved substantially adding these wonderful pieces on my site here at Ruby Lane as I research these spoons. I am proud to say that Silver by Patrick does have the largest selection of souvenir spoons on Ruby Lane!!
