This is one of the most fantastic spoons I've come across. Made by Mechanics Sterling and in excellent condition. The bowl depict the Carnegie Library in Pittsburg, PA but to me the handle is the star of the show here. There is almost a 3D effect on some of the items in the handle such as William Penn and Fort Pitt on the front. The back has the Post Office, Union Depot and the Carnegie Library. Plus other themes such as Fort Duquesne. The spoon is just over 5 3/4" in length and weighs 29.1 grams. There is an engraving of '08 on the back of the bowl.
