This is a unique sterling souvenir spoon. Made by Alvin Co., this spoon is in excellent condition. The bowl show the Riggs House which was a bank at one time and now a landmark hotel in Washington, DC. Apparently, C. Dewitt was the treasurer at the time with his name below. The spoon was most likely made for the bank itself as a souvenir spoon to give out to clients. it is 4 1/4" in length and weighs 10.6 grams of sterling silver.
