This is a very nice money clip made in Mexico. The metal appears to be a mixed metal and not silver even though it is stamped sterling and 925. It is also stamped Taxco but this most likely is a fake. Regardless, it is a nice money clip even though it is not sterling and the price of course reflects the mixed metal price. The front of the clip has a nice circular Mexican/Mayan theme. There is some engraving above and below the circular piece as well. The circular themed piece is 1 5/16" wide and the clip is 1 1/4" tall. This is stamped on the back with the eagle mark and a worn Hecho en Mexico, sterling, 925 and Taxco. This piece weighs 23 grams.
