This Portuguese silver book mark made of .833 silver is in very good condition with normal wear from use. There are a few minute dings as shown and normal scratching on the blade from use. The star of the show of course is the Portugal coat of arms, very ornate. The shield is topped with a crown. The explanation of the coat of arms below. To the bottom left of the shield is an unknown makers mark and the silver content stamp. The length is 4 1/4" and the width at the top is 1". Total weight is 9.8 grams.
