This large Navajo sterling and turquoise cuff bracelet is made by Navajo silversmith Lorenzo Livingston. This piece is quite wide at 2 1/4" at the center tapering down to 1 1/8" then expanding to 1 1/4" at the ends. Centered is a bluish/green to green turquoise cabochon measuring approximately 41mm x 21mm (1 5/8" x 1"). There is a very fine crack running across the turquoise but not at all in jeopardy. The turquoise cabochon is set in a sawtooth setting surrounded by an applied rope. Each side has some beautiful applied pieces. The background of this is what partially what makes this unique as the background has a fine texturing to it. Very nicely done. The edges at the top have fine hand chased work done as shown. Stamped LL possibly attributed to Lorenzo Livingston. Tests sterling. This heavy piece weighs 109.5 grams or 3.86 ounces. This is a size 7 1/8 which includes a 1 1/8" wrist opening.
