This teaspoon by what appears to be by Russian silversmith Nikolai Pavlovich Pavlov (1908-1926) of Moscow is in excellent condition for its age with normal wear. The underside of the bowl has a very nice engraving with a word engraved across it (in Russian/cyrillic). Marked with the Moscow mark, 84 kokoshnik silver standard (.875 silver) and a makers mark of HU (in Cyrillic). The spoon is 5 9/16" in length and weighs 23.2 grams
