This sterling berry spoon by silversmiths John Langlands I and John Robertson is in good condition. There appears to be a linear dent at the point where the handle is attached to the bowl (last picture). It could have turned into a split. The rest of the spoon is in excellent condition. This piece weighs 70.6 grams or 2.27ozt (2.49 ounces) and is 8 5/8" in length. Hallmarked with the Newcastle city mark and the date mark of 1812.
