This coin silver serving spoon by silversmith Theodore Evans of Newark, NJ is in outstanding condition. The spoon has a beautiful design on the handle and the back of the bowl. Stamped T Evans & Co. on the back which is the stamp he used while in partnership with James Cook from 1855-1868. Following that they partnered as Evans & Cook. This very heavy spoon weighs 80.8 grams or 2.85 ounces and is 8 3/4" in length.
