This sterling souvenir spoon by Mechanics Sterling is in excellent condition with little wear to the back side of the bowl as shown. The handle has the State Seal, William Penn, Liberty Bell and what appears to be an olive branch.. The back of the handle has a picture of a women with sword and flag and dog at her feet with the saying "Both Can't Survive". Under this is the house where the first American Flag was made and then pick, shovel and rope motif. The bowl is immaculate with a panoramic picture of the State Capitol Building at Harrisburg. This spoon measures 5 3/4" and weighs 22.6 grams of sterling silver.
