This fantastic sterling fish slice from the early 1800's in in excellent condition. The handle is marked with the 1808-9 N stamp, marks for London, duty mark and silversmiths mark of I.S. This could be for either John Scofield or James Stamp but the similarities are to close to tell apart as they overlapped each other for a few years. This piece measures 12 1/4". The blade by itself is 2 9/16" by 6 9/16". This piece has been previously polished to a beautiful mirror finish. The total weight is 4.4 ozt. A truly fine piece.
