Presented here is a fashion accessory from the 1980s. It is a gold-tone cast metal buckle with a floral scroll pattern against a black painted background. There is a twisted rope pattern around the perimeter of the 3 X 2-inch buckle. The scroll work is nicely done and the gold-tone gives the buckle a fancy "urban cowgirl" look.
