A vintage "Urban Cowboy" era belt buckle, made of Alpaca metal alloy in Mexico, is offered here. The workmanship on this buckle is very nice with engraved scrollwork surrounding an Aztec pyramid and pieces of Abalone shell set in black enamel. Alpaca metal alloy is a combination of nickel silver, copper and zinc. The color is silver and the piece is in excellent condition for its age.
The oval-shaped buckle measures 3 1/2 inches by 2 1/2 inches and fits a belt that is 1/1/2 inches in width or smaller. It weighs 47 grams and will be sent to you in a gift box for giving or keeping.
