Silver & Enamel Cloisonne Sugar Bowl Basin, Nicholai Strulyev, Moscow, Russia, Late 19th Century.
The circular bowl and handle are beautifully made with floral and foliate enamel cloisonne ornaments in blue, yellow, green, pink, red, purple and white colors.
Light blue enamel bead shape bands to the upper and lower rims of the bowl and to the edges of the swing handle.
Marked with Russian silver marks (84 standard) maker's mark for Maria Semenova and French import mark.
Very good condition, minor loss of enamel.
