ABOUT MY ITEMS BEING OFFERED:
As you view, and consider purchasing, please keep in mind that my items are antique or vintage…
Buyers and collectors of antiques realize that the character, finish, value, etc., of antique / vintage furniture and accessories, are based on the unique way that each piece shows its age.
I do my best to describe each item based on what I see and know, so that you will feel confident in what you are purchasing, and will receive. To assist with this, I try to include detailed, close-up photos, to further help represent the item. These photos will often times exaggerate the true "wear and tear" of the item, which makes "imperfections" appear worse than they truly are, and are not representative of how the item will appear in person....
"Imperfections", under normal casual observation, whether in your home or office, appear more severe than what they truly are. As well, the photos can alter the actual / true color of the piece, making it appear lighter or darker, as well as cause any surface imperfections to appear "bigger / worse" that what they are when viewed in person.
