Offering an early 19th Century (C. 1840-50) clear glass hand blown oil lamp with "out of round" base, unpolished pontil mark and wonderful early form!
The lamp is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or repairs, but does show nice wear on the bottom, consistent with its age.
The lamp's base and font are attached with a glass "wafer".... an early technique of connecting 2 pieces of glass.
Measurements: 6 1/4" high, 3 1/2" diameter base and a 3 1/2" diam. font.
The lamp retains its original brass collar.
The fixed Shipping fee includes insurance.
Another wonderful piece to add to your collection or inventory!!
***THE FIXED SHIPPING FEE INCLUDES INSURANCE AND DELIVERY CONFIRMATION***
