A lovely clean minimalist style is shown in this Scandinavian crown brooch. The band of the crown has silver diamond and lozenge shapes to surround. The diamonds and lozenges are separated with silver bead work. Above the band slim flares fan out. The flares start wide at the band and narrow to points. At the end of each point is a sterling silver ball. The balls fan out creating a very royal look. The crown is done in nice relief. There is a hefty weight with 13gm of silver. Marked on back sterling. Secure locking clasp. 2 1/4" long, 1 1/4" tall and 3/8" deep.
