Here is a wonderful set of 13 hand-painted cabinet plates by artist William Mussill from Minton, Stoke-On-Trent, Staffordshire, England. Each plate features a unique rendering of shells or coral in a naturalistic and colorful tropical setting. The stippled 22-karat gold gilded plate rims are pierced in a key pattern and enhanced with 6 oval inserts. Each plate is signed "W. Mussill." Rare to find a large set of these plates.
