If you are a lover of the early doll clothing and accessories, this bonnet just might please you. It is a most fabulous red-a story book red and still retains all of its wonderful silk ribbon trim. The ties, though, are replacements. I believe this bonnet is wool and it does have a very few scattered moth holes. Notice the lovely pleating around the bonnet and the fine touch of the pointed corners and center back. I have photographed the early hand sewing for you so you can see and appreciate. My Kathe Kruse doll modeling it has a head circumference of a bit over 12 1/2 inches around. This is just too perfect for an early cloth, mache, china or even bisque doll. Please feel free to ask questions or request more photos and do take a peek at my other early items. Thank you for the look.
