This is another delight from the 1870s that will thrill your favorite doll. This little basket purse measures about 1 1/2 inches tall by a bit over 1 1/2 inches across. This measurement does not include the drawstring bag that can be made to protrude from the top of the purse. It is made of woven straw and leather trim. There is a tiny piece of the top of the emblem on the front of the purse missing, and there is a bit of expected wear to this little item. Also, I notice some discoloration to the fabric. I am always amazed that these tiny gems have survived the years. Your fashion or china doll will enjoy this accessory. Please feel free to ask questions or request more photos and take a peek at my other early items. Thanks for the look.
