In the palm of your hand, this ring feels weighty and solid. On your finger, it will look luxurious and impressive. The glowing amethyst rises 5/16" above your finger, and the width of the ring, at 3/8", leaves no doubt that this ring is a showstopper. Total weight of this impressive Tiffany ring is 8.6 grams. Set in the center is a vividly-saturated, deep purple amethyst, weighing an estimated 3.70ct. (Weights and measurements estimated, as permitted by mounting). On the flared shoulders are set four round brilliant cut diamonds, of an estimated H/VS2 color and clarity, and totaling 0.20ct. At bottom, the ring tapers to about 1/8" in width. It is crafted entirely of 18kt gold, stamped "750", and acid-tested as 18kt. The Tiffany & Company hallmark is also clearly stamped. There are a few tiny scratches on the gold, simply age-related, which could easily be buffed out by a jeweler if you so desired. Overall, the ring is in excellent vintage condition. It is currently a size 7, and could be easily resized by your jeweler. This gorgeous mid-century Tiffany & Co. ring will arrive in a fine quality presentation box.
