Set of eight decorative floral chinese dinner plates. Each handpainted porcelain plate is decorated with large colorful blooms on a gilt background.
The bases with the spurious iron red printed six character mark of the qianlong emporer.
The mark is in no way intended to deceive but rather a mark of respect for earlier times.
I was told that these probably date back to the 1940- 50's. That was a guess from an online appraiser. I thought they dated a bit earlier but I am no expert.
10 3/16" diameter - 1 1/4" height.
Very good vintage condition with a few light utensil marks on some. No chips or cracks. Some shelf wear to rim on bottom.

These are beautiful on a table and talk about a focal point !
