Offered for consideration is an early wood-carved farm shovel 31" in complete length with a shovel blade measuring 11-1/4" at the widest with an approximate 16" x 11" scoop measurement. There is a split to the scoop, but overall it is still structurally-sound for the age. With the shorter handle style it was most likely used for shoveling grain on the farm, but could have had many uses. A good early primitive!
