Offered for consideration is a really neat and very large galvanized "dry measure" bucket still in good condition. There are no holes, cracks, excessive staining to the interior or excessive denting; a few minimal ding markings can be found and there is one obvious dent line both of which add great character to the age of the piece. The bucket is 16" in complete height with a base diameter of 12" with the top diameter being approximately 15" x 13-1/2" in diameter. The original green-painted stripe line marking is still vivid and mostly intact and there is an old marking (partially legible to me) that reads "G____ = 135". A fantastic early piece for primitive and antique decor with a multitude of uses: umbrella vase, planter, flower bucket, waste can, clothes hamper, etc.
