Offered for consideration is a most stunning primitive decor hanging chandelier light fixture from the 1920s. It has a dark burgandy red-colored tole finish to the brass with natural brass accents and a centered, ribbed column of clear glass with the original link chain for hanging. The 3-socket fixture measures 12-1/4" in height (excluding chain) with an approximate 9" diameter. A small bit of the original old cloth-covered wiring is still present, but the piece needs to be wired for electric use. It could also be left in present state for use with candles for a true primitive use. The original hanging chain measures 11-1/2" in length. The most unusual piece at the end of the chain is threaded and stamped "PatD 12 20" with a serial number. There is light finish wear found overall, but nothing excessive.
