Folks here we have a very rare Moser, Karlsbad designer cameo glass vase. Very rare to find Moser cameo glass with the designers monogram/cypher.
These pieces were designed by Otto Tauschek around 1911-1915. It features a dual colored cameo glass vase with a stylized Art Deco design of organic peppers, leaves and twining vines. Otto Tauschek Moser pieces are VERY rare, and rarely come up for sale. Otto Tauschek was a Viennese painter, and according to the Mergl Moser book, Tauschek designed four variations of decorations with interwining sprigs with various fruits.
Reference: See the ultimate reference book on Moser glass, "Moser 1857-1997" by Jan Mergl, page 71 which shows similar acid-etched works by Otto Tauschek, c. 1912-1915. Otto Tauschek signature is also documented in the Baldwin Moser book in the signature section.
This piece is marked in cameo relief with the LMK square (Ludwig Moser, Karlsbad) and T in O (Otto Tauschek artist cypher).
It is fully signed on the base within the beautifully polished pontil "Moser, Karlsbad".
