This is a decorative vintage 9ct solid gold citrine gemstone ring. The gemstone is claw-set into the ring, 'cushion shaped' and of size 20.0mm x 15.0mm. It is translucent, beautifully cut and exhibits an appealing dark yellow hue. The gemstone is housed into an open-work basket-like structure and exposed to the reverse side of the head of the ring. The upper regions of the shank are 'fan-shaped' and there is a full Birmingham 9ct gold assay hallmark on the inside circumference of the shank. Size 'O'(UK), 7.5(US). Weighs heavy at 7.5 grams. The ring is in excellent condition throughout with a genuine citrine gemstone and without repair.
