This is a decorative Victorian 9ct gold 3-stone blue gemstone bar brooch. The 3 blue gemstones are claw-set into the brooch, each of size 3.0mm and all in sparkling condition. They are housed into a target like rope twist surround with 'bobble trefoils' above and below the central stone. There is raised 'clover canatille decoration' with centre bobbles to the front surface of the brooch. The brooch exhibits sharp terminals with further, larger bobbles to it front surface. There is a strong attachment pin and a full clear Birmingham 9ct gold assay hallmark for the year 1899 to the reverse side of the brooch. The brooch is 40.0mm in length and weighs 2.0 grams. It is in excellent condition throughout and fully authenticated for its year of manufacture.
