A scarce and very beautiful Chinese pottery figure of a female attendant dating to Ming Dynasty, 1368-1644.
She wears a dress in black, pigmented color of which much is still preserved. Parts of the dress has a gree glaze also the box she holds in her hands. Her hair is styled in a very artful way, and she is standing on partly glazed plint.
Size is c. 32 cm. in height. (12,6 inches).
Condition is choice with wear for type and age. Very minor loss to the nose - just mentioned to be excact.
