This doll is the 10” NASB fashion doll Nancy Ann. She has a lovely full blond head of hair and her facial coloring is still fine and she is jointed at the waist and looks very much like a Little Miss Revlon doll. She is clearly marked Nancy Ann at the back of her head. She has her original earrings. She wears her bra and girdle (waist elastic is a little stretched but stays up well, bra is still fine). She wears her original heels and a casual at home set of taffeta jacket and pants(no label). Her right arm and leg are slightly lighter in color. Her nail polish is still intact completely. She has no splits or stains. The wooden bed with original bedding is not marked but I did find it in the Doll Furniture Book that shows 1950 and 1960 doll furniture. That author did not know who made it. The hope chest is probably Pert Pat since it has their brass studding trim as many of their pieces have. The furniture has play wear with edge dings but all is sturdy. The bed measures 12-1/2” long at the outside edge of the corner posts. The chest measures 5-7/8” long, 2-7/8” wide, and 2-3/8” high. These pieces do very nicely for an 8” to 10” doll.
